This installation features integrated LED lighting with remote control, powered by appropriately rated LED drivers designed to suit the lighting load, ensuring smooth, reliable performance throughout the space. Alongside this, built-in power sockets and concealed wiring were carefully incorporated to maintain a clean, uncluttered appearance.
The wardrobes were installed to achieve a true floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall fit, maximising every inch of available space while maintaining a precise, architectural finish. Internally, the layout provides practical organisation for clothing, accessories, and everyday use.
The result is a modern walk-in dressing room that combines functionality with refined design, blending the flexibility of the IKEA PAX system with a fully tailored, bespoke-style finish that feels purpose-built for the home.

This project in Walthamstow, London involved transforming a collection of standard IKEA PAX wardrobes into a fully fitted dressing room with integrated lighting, built-in power sockets, and a premium built-in appearance.
The objective was to create a storage space that combined practical organisation with modern convenience. Using carefully planned wardrobe layouts, concealed cabling, and custom finishing techniques, we delivered a dressing room that feels both luxurious and highly functional.
One of the most technically challenging aspects of the project was the lighting installation. Integrated wardrobe lighting and internal sockets were neatly built into the wardrobe structure, powered by two 30W drivers and configured to operate seamlessly from a single remote control. This created a clean, clutter-free solution while providing excellent visibility throughout the dressing room.
To complete the fitted look, the wardrobes were professionally scribed from floor to ceiling, eliminating visible gaps and creating the appearance of custom-built furniture. The finished installation provides generous hanging space, drawer storage, and easy access to everyday essentials while maintaining a sleek, contemporary design.
The result is a modern fitted dressing room that combines smart storage, integrated technology, and high-end finishing for a truly bespoke feel.
