This Guildford project focused on creating a practical fitted IKEA wardrobe and shelving solution within two unused bedroom alcoves. The homeowner wanted to maximise storage while maintaining a clean, built-in appearance that blended naturally with the room.
We installed an IKEA PAX wardrobe into the left alcove, complete with integrated lighting and internal drawers to provide organised clothing storage. In the opposite alcove, an IKEA KALLAX shelving unit was fitted to create accessible storage for books, toys, and everyday essentials. To achieve a seamless finish, we added bespoke infill panels, a custom plinth, and matching skirting boards around the units.
The completed installation transformed previously unused space into a stylish and functional storage feature, delivering the appearance of custom fitted furniture while utilising versatile IKEA storage systems.
